I will continue to advice people that we must not allow ourselves to be controlled by emotions and lose focus on our target. We are targeting 12 medals and we still have a long jorney to get there....
I remember after we failed in last olympics, people were blaming government (black guy) for not providing enough funding and support to our athletes. Bravo Chad, one commentator called it the greatest swim in Olympic history. SA is rightly proud of this patriotic hero - the first home trained SA swimmer to win a medal.
@ DJWinner - Don't worry, the right people will get their mentions at the right times - for now the athlete himself will ghe tthe glory. I heard Fikile Mbalula on the radio this morning and he was ecstatic. He is quickly becoming SA' favourite minister, and is being hailed for his energy and passion. Who can forget his send off of the Boks when he shouted " MOER HULLE !"

We are targeting 12 medals and we still have a long jorney to get there....I remember after we failed in last olympics, people were blaming government (black guy) for not providing enough funding and support to our athletes. Bravo Chad, one commentator called it the greatest swim in Olympic history. SA is rightly proud of this patriotic hero - the first home trained SA swimmer to win a medal.@ DJWinner - Don't worry, the right people will get their mentions at the right times - for now the athlete himself will ghe tthe glory. I heard Fikile Mbalula on the radio this morning and he was ecstatic. He is quickly becoming SA' favourite minister, and is being hailed for his energy and passion. Who can forget his send off of the Boks when he shouted " MOER HULLE !"
