MANCHESTER United captain Rio Ferdinand paid tribute to former president Nelson Mandela on his 94th birthday, calling him the most "selfless" human being in the world.
"The great man was selfless and he gave up the majority part of his life for the benefit of everyone else," Ferdinand said.
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson said about the occasion: "It's a privilege for us to be here for his birthday."

Hail King Madiba, like Jesus Christ he gave up almost his whole life for the benefit of his people. We cannot make the same mistake we made to Jesus, let us praise the man while he is still alive.Report Abuse
