Black Leopards club chairman David Thidiela confirmed yesterday that the diminutive former Bafana Bafana star midfielder had been released because the club had begun to rebuild its squad.

Vilakazi joined Lidoda Duvha in January but played only two games this season.

The writing was on the wall when Vilakazi was not registered for the CAF Confederation Cup in which the club is competing.

Vilakazi was signed by Leopards after he had spent almost six months looking for a new club after being off-loaded by Mamelodi Sundowns. The Brazilians released him after his loan deal with relegated Mpumalanga Black Aces was terminated due to ill-discipline.

"Tso (Vilakazi) is one of the players we have decided to release as part of the process of rebuilding at the club," Thidiela said yesterday.

Leopards have also released defender Simphiwe Mkhonza, Kleinbooi Taaibos and Tintswalo Tshabalala. Khetho Masuku is believed to be joining Absa Premiership kings Orlando Pirates.

Tso doesn't learn. If you leave the galaxy for oversees you must make sure that when you return you join them and none other team otherwise you will be a flop. Look at Chansa, he came back to the galaxy and he had won 6 cups with him by far. Look at flop Zuma, he came back and deached the galaxy and he is yet to make a mark never mind wining a cup.

You invited it to yourself so feel it. Now we will drink "nguthu" together at the Kasi shebeens, no more NewsCafe, Rhapsody's e.t.c but at least for me i still have my job and would not be joining you at Hillbro for "Makgosha" coz i still can atract decent chicks. O bosso...
