Pacquiao may be a a very talented boxer and a worthy champion, but many were prior to meeting 'Money" and the rest is now history. Money is a genius in the ring; as the commntators said on Sunday morning (South african time) there is none better than Money Mayweather and that includes Pac. If you watched Money's fight against Cotto, then it bcums very clear that this man is in a world of his own. Other boxers may be " talented" but he's "God gifted." His ability to defend himself with his shoulders when under attack maks him a master of the sport. There's no way PacMan will beat this guy! at provincial level Department of SPORTS, Arts and Culture is abbreviated as DSAC
that is where i saw no activity and no budget
when i was asked to do a thing or two for them
i tell you everyone was crying!!!
