Masoga was responding to widespread allegations that he was going to be expelled from the party during his disciplinary hearing at Luthuli House in Johannesburg today.
On Tuesday, the Johannesburg high court struck off the roll his application to stop the ANCYL from proceeding with the hearing.
Masoga then told the media the case was withdrawn because the parties involved were seeking a political solution to the matter.
"I will fight until the last drop of my blood if they dare expel me from the league. I was advised by the NEC of the ANC to withdraw the application in the high court in favour of a political solution. So, whoever tries to expel me will be defying the national leadership."
The DC comes after Masoga and his supporters walked out of the Makhado, Limpopo, elective conference in April after accusing the Malema faction of hijacking the event.
