The innocent "men to be graduates" must challenge their imminent death or face austerity, not to mention losing their reproductive organs. I would commit suicide.

I would like to be initiated, but having studied high school biology I question the following...

First, the medical and surgical practice at the schools. What prognosis-diagnosis is used? Blood pressure, family history and or allergies. These are basics to be followed.

Second, sterility of theaters and surgical instruments. What intervention measures are in place if plan A fails?

Apparently, dehydration is the root cause and the bleeding aggravates this .

Third, if deaths cannot be prevented, then it follows that torture is an inclusive practice as images of injuries prove.

They are killing men who grew up on GM products and Western medical treatment.

In conclusion, the solution is to approve only those youths who are fit and to prepare those who are not. You cannot run a marathon if your legs can hardly carry you.

Let us avoid unnecessary deaths by doing what is right. This practice is wrong only when wrong procedures are followed.
