AS the 2010 Fifa Soccer World Cup moves from the group stages, the football federation has announced that more tickets are going on sale.

AS the 2010 Fifa Soccer World Cup moves from the group stages, the football federation has announced that more tickets are going on sale.

About 1000 tickets are available for the World Cup clash between arch rivals Germany and England on Sunday at the Mangaung Stadium in Bloemfontein.

Fifa spokesperson Nicolas Maingot said 6000 tickets would also be available for the match between the United States and Ghana.

England, Germany, Ghana and the United States of America advanced into the second leg of the tournament.

Maingot said that fans needed to hurry to get tickets as the 1000 tickets put on sale for the Argentina-Mexico game sold within 15 minutes.

Local Organising Committee spokesperson Rich Mkhondo congratulated the only African country to qualify for the next round of the soccer tournament.

"Ghana is making us very proud. We wish them the best of luck in their next game against the USA," Mkhondo said.

Maingaot said that the England vs Germany clash on Sunday will have a big audience. The fan fest in Berlin, Germany already had 305000 spectators.

Another game that will be closely watched by fans all over the world is today's clash between Portugal and Brazil at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
