FIRED Franscina Sekhu, baby Marzanne Kruger's minder, is taking her employers to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA).

FIRED Franscina Sekhu, baby Marzanne Kruger's minder, is taking her employers to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA).

Labour consultant Aaron Mokhondo said Sekhu approached him to take her case to the CCMA because her dismissal was invalid.

But Pieter van R Coetzee, the Kruger family lawyer, declined to comment on the alleged dismissal.

"At the present moment we are not going to issue any statement," he said.

The Star newspaper reported yesterday that Sekhu was going to the CCMA.

According to the report, Sekhu was fired by the Kruger family and they were to be served with CCMA papers yesterday.

Sekhu and baby Marzanne were assaulted during a house robbery in Randburg recently.

The attackers had apparently worked at the house before. - Sapa
