This will be the third running of the event, which was conceived as a joint venture of the Comrades Marathon Association and KZN Athletics to promote athletics, expose young people to the benefits of running and provide an opportunity for them to take part in the "Comrades experience".
The event, which is sponsored by the provincial department of sport and recreation, will be staged on May 29.
