Bribery becoming the norm in SA

THE way the traffic department operates is unacceptable. People who need learner and driver's licences suffer just to get a date to be tested.

Money talks and you have to pop out R500 to secure a test date.

Bribery is becoming the norm in our country, especially in government departments . People are milked by their brothers and sisters who should be helping them for free.

To survive you must have connections with government employees, who take your last cent. You have to pay tshotsho before you get service. Superiors need to be informed.
