The other two veterans who have been recalled are Fabian Juries and Neil Powell. The trio are expected to add firepower to the faltering Boks in the tournaments in Twickenham on May 22 and 23 and the season finale in London on May 29 and 30.
Stick last played in March at the tournament in Adelaide, Australia, where he suffered a knee ligament injury.
Powell has also recovered from a shoulder injury.
