HHP, pictured, and PJ Powers have pooled resources to produce a master blaster album that will keep their fans warm during the World Cup.

Futubolo, HHP's song, will scotch alongside the popular Powers remixed mega hit, Jabulani. The album, which will be launched at the SABC through their Football Friday platform, will comprise some of their sizzling hits from the '80s and this millennium.

The SABC, which has gone to town to evoke the excitement and spirit of the World Cup, will also have HHP and PJ Powers performing at the broadcaster. They will be joined by Mandoza, Vusi of Ndimtholile fame, Kwela Tebza and Sorina of 7de Laan.

Now that the World Cup countdown has begun, SABC chief executive Solly Makwetla will light the flag.

Meanwhile, Ringo will perform at the Blues Room, Village Walk in Johannesburg, today from 7pm.
