League spokesperson Magdalene Moonsamy said a report in The Star, which described it as a "surprise visit", was "appalling".
Moonsamy said: "The ANCYL has planned study tours as part of its process to advance the nationalisation of mines (and) this includes the study tour to Venezuela. - Sapa
