TELEVISION actor and musician Motlatsi Mafatshe is sizzling hot, with several shows on the small screen.
Mafatshe, 26, of Zola in Soweto, is currently playing Sechaba in Isidingo on SABC3 and portrays Wandile in e.tv's Shooting Stars. He also acts as Last Born in Hola Mpinji, a drama series that started yesterday on SABC2.
Right now he is in the studio working on his debut album, which will be released in August.
Mafatshe says he is at present performing at various venues to introduce himself to music fans.
"This is not a coincidence. I have been waiting for this to happen for far too long. I will be appearing in five shows simultaneously during the course of the year."
This week Mafatshe will be performing at the South African Music Awards pre-parties and after-parties at various clubs in Rustenburg, North West. The Samas will be held at Sun City on Saturday.
Other gigs are scheduled for Soweto and Cape Town later this month. Mafatshe says his music is inspired by artists like Michael Bubble, John Legend and Jamiroquai.
A seasoned actor, Mafatshe has already made appearances in When We Were Black, Mxolisi, uGugu no Andile, Backstage, Home Affairs, Scandal and Elalini.
