The fund, led by South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee president Gideon Sam, has allocated R471million for various 2010 Fifa World Cup projects.
Lotto said its disbursements include a R170million grant for soccer fields and R20million for the World Cup's opening and closing matches.
