AN ALLEGED serial rapist whose semen was found on four alleged victims told the Pietermaritzburg high court yesterday that he had not raped them.
Sibusiso Sithole said he did not know how his semen got into the four.
The state told the court the DNA analysis proved that the semen was his.
However, Sithole, 34, said he was "unhappy" that the four had fingered him as the rapist in identity parades.
State advocate Dorian Paver put it to him that it was not possible that four rape victims, all unknown to one another and from different areas, could have got together and agreed he raped them.
Paver said Sithole had accosted his victims in the streets, pretending to be a good Samaritan, but these acts were the prelude to raping and robbing them.
Sithole allegedly raped his alleged victims between January and December 2007.
Judgment will be delivered on March 31. - Sapa
