LET'S see HIV on our TV screens.

I challenge our soapies, particularly Generations, to come to the party in this regard. They must include an HIV-positive person in the storyline of this popular drama.

This will help teach us to accept and live harmoniously with people living with HIV in our society. It's not because they are stupid that they contracted the virus.

On that note, I urge fellow South Africans to stop ridiculing people living with HIV-Aids so that they can feel part of our society.
