ON February 25 I went to the Home Affairs Department to apply for my ID and also to change my surname.
I just want to say I am impressed with the service. I received an SMS confirming my application and given a call centre contact number.
I phoned the call centre to acknowledge the SMS . A lady called Patricia Mohlala assisted me. She was wonderfully efficient and I must say I'm impressed with the good service I received.
This deserves to be publicised because we are so quick to complain , but when something good happens to us we do not appreciate it or come forward to acknowledge the good work.
Keep up the good work at Home Affairs.
