When the professional paddlers hit the river, Team GTx - Global Trader's own team of dedicated adventurers - will be among them.
Among the quality paddlers, the field will include Under-23 marathon world champion Grant van der Walt, Gauteng contenders Michael Mbanjwa, Piers Cruikshanks, Jacques Theron and Durban's Hank McGregor.
Global Trader's Flynn Robson said his company's brand message, "what's stopping you?" coincided perfectly with the daredevil environment of the challenge.
