Leopards and Vasco a will now meet in a two-legged play-off to determine who will gain automatic promotion.
This was after Leopards smacked United FC 5-0 at Tshifulanani Stadium in Limpopo on Saturday.
Vasco were declared coastal winners after beating Hanover Park 2-1 at Wynberg Military Stadium on the same day.
Leopards and Vasco meet over two legs on February 21 and March 7 at venues still to be decided.
The loser will have another crack at promotion via the platinum play-offs.
Limpopo MEC for safety and security and Leopards director Dikeledi Magadzi promised that Lidoda Duvha will be back in the Premiership.
"We are going to put up a big fight to ensure Limpopo has a Premiership club next season, we have the new Peter Mokaba Stadium that will be used for the 2010 Fifa World Cup, that facility must also be used for professional soccer.
Bay United missed qualification after they were held to a 2-2 draw by Thanda Royal Zulu.
Winnerspark and Ikapa Sporting were relegated to the Safa Vodacom League. Winnerspark went down 2-1 to Witbank Spurs at the University of Limpopo, while Sporting played to a 1-1 draw with FC Cape Town.
