A MAGISTRATE fighting for her career before the Magistrate's Commission has accused her superiors of malicious intent.

Ndileka Ndamase is facing 42 charges of misconduct.

Initially, Ndamase said she was not comfortable with the panel hearing her case because it was lily-white, and demanded that she be prosecuted by a black panel .

Her application failed.

Yesterday she made an application to have 27 charges added to the original charge sheet dropped.

Among them were seven counts of refusing to obey her seniors, seven of failing to execute a lawful order, and four of neglecting her work.

Presiding officer Dirk van Greuning dismissed her application. - Pertunia Ratsatsi
