The actor, who is famously known as Chico Booysens in Isidingo, is featured in the Afrikaans theatre comedy Voila. The show will run at the State Theatre, Pretoria, from March 11 to 28.

Following its critically acclaimed season at the Joburg Promusica Theatre in 2008, the show is back again.

The comedy thriller was written by Wikus du Toit and directed by Alby Michaels. The show is set in the 17th century at the Versailles Court in France during the reign of King Louis XIV.

Veteran actor Cronjé is one of South Africa's most beloved entertainers. He has done shows such as Peter Pan, Goldilocks, White and the Seven, Robins a Cruise Ou, Le Cage Aux Folles, When the Cat's Away and Is the Mouse Boss, among others.
