"Cometh the hour, cometh the man," said the man who doubles as spokesperson for GGP, which he said would have a busy scheduled next year.
He said it involved Lovemore Ndou, Hekkie Budler, Isaac Chilembe, Thomas Oosthuizen, Kgotla Baeti, Tshifhiwa Munyai, Jason Bederman and Flo Simba.
He said it all begins on February 27 when Budler, the whirlwind performer who holds the IBO All Africa flyweight belt, will oppose Jaunito Rubillar, the vastly experienced Filipino, for the vacant IBO flyweight belt.
"Hexecutioner" Budler, 21, is undefeated after only 13 fights while Rubillar, 32, has 48 wins (25 KOs), 13 losses and seven draws.
Rubillar is currently rated seventh by the WBC.
Petiffer said WBA International bantamweight holder Tshifhiwa "Atomic Spider" Munyai and triple crown champion Thomas "Tommy Gun" Oosthuizen, would defend against Ghana's Bilal "Take Punch" Mohammed and Zambian John "The Hammer" Chibuta, respectively.
Pettifer's boss, promoter Rodney Berman, said Lovemore "Black Panther" Ndou could defend the IBO welterweight belt against Delvin "The Devil" Rodriguez in that bill.
He was certain, though, that "Badman" Bederman will defend the IBO Africa junior lightweight title against Filipino Carlo Magali with "Bang Bang" Baeti taking on the rugged Danile Bothman.
"Our WBC International light heavyweight champ (Isaac) 'Golden Boy' Chilembe will defend in the USA during March on a ESPN-televised bill," said Berman before revealing that his company would stage what he termed a "World Cup" tournament on June 18.
He would not divulge more information except to say Budler, Munyai, Oosthuizen and Baeti would feature in that extravaganza, provided they win on February 27.
"We will go strong in the direction of the WBA next year. I am very proud for what we've lined up," said Berman in his parting shot.
