Their intensive month-long training camp will take place in Rio de Janeiro from March 4 to April 5.
Bafana Bafana manager Sipho Nkumane said they hope to get another friendly in Brazil against a South American team that has also qualified for the World Cup.
In their last meeting Bafana walloped Paraguay 3-0 in Atteridgeville in May last year to record their first win over a South American country.
Bafana coach Carlos Alberto Parreira said the team will play a total of six matches during their tour to Brazil.
"We will play four games against top Brazilian clubs. We will also play two games against big countries, but for now one has been confirmed against Paraguay," Nkumane said.
Besides Paraguay, the other South American teams that have qualified for the World Cup are Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.
"Coach Parreira wants the team to play against the world's superpowers as part of the World Cup preparations," Nkumane said.
"The camp in Brazil will also deal with physical conditioning."
Bafana will return to South Africa from Brazil on April 6 before going to Europe six days later for a camp at the Adidas Centre in Germany where they will play three games.
The team's first training camp in 2010 will be for PSL players in Durban from January 15 to 28, where they will also play two games against Southern African teams.
The matches are likely to be against Zimbabwe and Botswana.
