WHILE the rest of the world came together yesterday in the fight against HIV-Aids, the KwaZulu-Natal department of health and Amajuba municipality in Dannhauser, Newcastle, spread the message of "not discriminating" against those that attended the awareness campaign.

WHILE the rest of the world came together yesterday in the fight against HIV-Aids, the KwaZulu-Natal department of health and Amajuba municipality in Dannhauser, Newcastle, spread the message of "not discriminating" against those that attended the awareness campaign.

The theme for this year's campaign is "I am responsible".

The day was also made use of to celebrate and think back about those living and have been affected by HIV-Aids.

Traditional health practitioner Nathi Buthelezi said about 80percent of Africans come to healers for help.

MEC for health Sibongiseni Dlomo echoed Buthelezi's statement : "I am on a campaign to find those doctors and healers who say they can cure Aids to come out, because as far as I am concerned none of them can."
