FORMER television presenter, beauty queen and magazine editor Khanyi Dhlomo has achieved another feat in the media industry.

With the launch of her latest publishing venture Sports Teen, the co-founder of Ndalo Media is well on her way to establishing herself as a media mogul.

Sports Teen, which is aimed at teenagers who just love sport besides music, clothes and movies, follows in the footsteps of her other magazines, Destiny and Destiny Man.

Destiny, which is aimed at successful and aspirational businesswomen, was launched two years ago while Destiny Man hit the news stands early this year. It is aimed at professionals and businessmen.

Sports Teen managing editor Fiona Davern said: "Sports Teen is a one-of-a-kind magazine that combines sport and lifestyle in one trendy package for teen boys. It targets readers within the LSM 7 to LSM 10 bracket who love sport, are looking for reliable information and who place great value on personal image and social acceptance."

The new title is edited by well-known sport journalist Sias du Plessis, who currently works for SABC radio station 5FM.
