How else does one explain his complaint to the SABC that commentator Dumile Mateza does not have the right toproffer an opinion about adecision by boxing judges because Mateza is not a referee or a judge?

Even if Mateza's conclusions are wrong, sport is by its nature an arena of opinions. If all of us are entitled to hold opinions about the sport codes we follow, we should expect that those who are paid to commentate on a sport would have and can offer their own views.

Somebody needs to tell Mtya that there is something called freedom of speech in this country. It includes the freedom to hold a view, even one that Mtya might consider ill-informed.
