Taliwe - the hard puncher from Butterworth who is trained in Gauteng by Benny Pailman, Cliff Martins and Peter Faver - takes a big step on Friday night.
Taliwe, 27, a bulldozer who packs a mean punch, will challenge Seroka for the SA lightweight belt in Lenasia.
This grudge bout will be staged by promoters Reggie Hilman and Gavin Hope under Future Promotions.
Seroka's trainer Gert Strydom had no qualms yesterday in declaring his charge the victor. He said Taliwe's winning streak was about to come to a screeching halt.
Strydom said Seroka, from Namakgale, Phalaborwa, in Limpopo, was relishing the chance to shine in Lenasia.
"We will have no mercy on Taliwe," said Strydom, who with Pailman guided Malcolm "The Stone" Klassen to a seventh-round stoppage win over Cassius Baloyi for the IBF junior lightweight championship in April.
Taliwe came back from two knockdowns to flatten Nicholas Modibeng in three rounds last month, while Seroka was stopped in the sixth round in July when he fought Mzonke Fana for the IBF junior lightweight No 1 spot.
But Strydom warned it would be foolhardy for people to judge Seroka on that fight.
"A lot went wrong before that fight. Jasper and his family were involved in an accident with a taxi on their way to Nasrec so he came late," Strydom said.
"I could see when I warmed him up that something was just not right."
"Jasper is super-fit for Friday.
"We did a lot of strength training and lateral movements. He can go 15 rounds.
"There will be no mercy for Taliwe but you've got to be at the fight to see for yourself."
Seroka, a slick mover with quick hands, pulverised Wandile Mseleku over six rounds in his first defence in March.
Seroka has 18 wins (8 KOs) against two defeats while Taliwe has nine stoppages against two losses.
Pailman said: "Talk to me after the fight."
