THE much-anticipated international friendly between Bafana Bafana and Japan has been moved to another venue for the third time - this time to the new Nelson Mandela Sports Complex in Port Elizabeth.

THE much-anticipated international friendly between Bafana Bafana and Japan has been moved to another venue for the third time - this time to the new Nelson Mandela Sports Complex in Port Elizabeth.

It will be played on November 14.

Safa chief executive Raymond Hack said the match was shifted to the Friendly City to accommodate the Local Organising Committee in their 2010 Fifa World Cup preparations.

"The decision was taken to shift the game to a 2010 World Cup match venue so that the LOC and the host city can use it to prepare some of the operations for the big tournament," Hack said last night.

The match was originally scheduled for Orlando Stadium on the same day, but was later moved to the Rand Stadium due to poor conditions at the Soweto venue.
