After squandering a two-goal lead to draw with West Ham United last week, there are renewed doubts about Arsenal's mental resolve, while Tottenham's home defeat to Stoke City similarly raised questions about their capacity to maintain a run to Champions League qualification.

Spurs striker Robbie Keane, though, is adamant that his side has what it takes.

"You look at the two squads and we're definitely on a par. In the last four or five years Arsenal always managed to get ahead of us but if you look now it is even.

"It will be judged at the end of the season but if you look at the bench we have, it is probably a bit stronger than their bench."

Winger Aaron Lennon is likely to miss out with an ankle injury, and could be replaced by David Bentley, who excelled in Tottenham's 2-0 Carling Cup victory over Everton on Tuesday.

For Arsenal, goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski comes back into contention after injury.

Having beaten Bolton Wanderers 4-0 in the Carling Cup on Wednesday, Chelsea travel to the northwest to face them again in the league tomorrow looking to allay fears about their away form.

Liverpool face another test of their character - they may have beaten Manchester United last week, but five defeats in six games in all competitions is troubling form - away to Fulham, which leaves only the champions United with anything resembling a straightforward fixture.
