They drug cheat Jared Lovett permission to fight when he should remain suspended until he answers doping charges and passes stringent medical tests.
Fortunately promoter Rodney Berman has pulled Lovett out of his tournament after being shown reason.
But Berman still has Zolani Marali billed against Mlungisi Dlamini when the boxer should be out of the gym until November 12 because he was knocked out on September 12.
The rules are applied worldwide: a fighter has to rest 60 days - he is not even allowed to train - after being knocked out.
