The club won the 2008 Jack Cheetham Memorial Award for sustainable development in sport. They are regional and provincial winners and national wrestling championship contenders.
The Jack Cheetham Award is sponsored by Murray & Roberts and is supported by Sowetan, for the Aggrey Klaaste Nation Building Foundation.
The 2009 winners will be announced in Joburg on October 20.
