TELKOM says it cannot be blamed for slow delivery of broadband services at The Unlimited, a Durban-based call centre company.
This after it enlisted the services of "Winston" - a homing pigeon - on Wednesday to carry its data bundles faster than an ADSL line.
The company transferred four gigabyte file data from Howick to Hillcrest, strapped to Winston's left leg.
Telkom's Troy Hector, defended the company, saying it had made several recommendations to Unlimited, that were not accepted.
"It should also be noted that Telkom is not the customer's core service provider." - Canaan Mdletshe
