TWO people were injured when a four-seater passenger plane crashed into a maize field near the N1 in Vanderbijlpark yesterday, para-medics said.
"According to the pilot the plane lost power and he crash landed it in the maize field," said Netcare's 911 spokesperson Nick Dollman.
One of the plane's wings hit the ground, causing it to overturn.
