SENATOR Edward Kennedy will go to his grave not knowing the truth about the deaths of his brothers, Robert and John . I wonder what he thought of the US government's sealing until 2039 of the unpublished portion of the Warren Commission's records .
The general National Archives policy under which those records were sealed applied to all federal investigations by the executive branch. This 75-year rule was supplanted by the Freedom of Information Act of 1966. The remaining assassination-related documents are scheduled to be released to the public by 2017.
The commission buttresses the suspicions of many people because JFK's autopsy photos and X-rays were never part of the commission's records. Makes you wonder.
