A MAN has been arrested for allegedly pushing his girlfriend in front of a moving train in Nyanga, Western Cape, police said yesterday.
The man, 39, was allegedly arguing with his girlfriend, 30, near the Eisleben railway line on Sunday evening, Captain Ntomboxolo Sitshitshi said.
The man was allegedly holding a child and witnesses said they heard a woman screaming to be left alone. Local residents caught him as he tried to flee the scene.
The man will appear in court today on a murder charge. - Sapa
