Minority groups should not hold key positions in this country. Black people deserve opportunities to govern themselves.

The Department of Finance needs to be transformed. There are more Indians, coloureds and whites there than other races.

Only now does Sars have a black commissioner. Had Oupa Magashula not been appointed we would have ended up with Kassie Louw or Irvan Pillay.

I think Malema's statement has opened the debate around affirmative action, which has only benefited Indians, coloureds and white women.

The Employment Equity (EE) Act should be amended. Indians, coloureds and Chinese are not black and should not be put in the same stratum as Africans. Coloureds and Indians were not oppressed more than Africans.

Some institutions still hire coloureds when looking for EE candidates.

This is the reality at the banks, especially the big four. When they talk of EE candidates they talk of white ladies, Indians and coloureds.

Let's be honest, the law is flawed and Malema is right that minorities should not run the economic cluster. Some years ago, Fikile Mbalula complained that one university looked like "Mumbai" He was right, there are institutions that are so white, Indian and coloured that is makes one sick to the stomach.
