THE executors of Michael Jackson's estate have approved plans to publish a luxury photo book detailing the star's life, which the King of Pop was working on before his sudden death.
Jackson, pictured, was in discussions with bosses at the Los Angeles publishing house Kraken Opus to create an official manual before he died in June.
Now the book has been approved by the Jackson estate and will be on sale later this year.
The publication will follow the Thriller hitmaker's life and career, and will span 400 pages and weigh 17kg.
The book will be available through ticket agency Ticketmaster and will cost about R1300.
Jackson's estate has already endorsed plans for a movie to be created from rehearsal footage of the singer's doomed This Is It comeback concerts and is waiting for a judge to approve plans for a major merchandising deal and a travelling exhibition of memorabilia. - Wenn
