IFP headman Thulani Cele and his brother Sibusiso, as well as IFP youth group leader Sitha Nzuza, and a pastor Wiseman Mzotho, are accused of assaulting Zandile Mpanza by allegedly pulling her pants off in July 2007.

Defence attorney Lawrence de Klerk said he would approach the Legal Aid Board to help as the accused could not afford paying legal costs. - Sapa
