Hi-Q giving me bumpy ride

A LIMPOPO man has accused car maintenance company Hi-Q of doing shoddy work after he took his car for a wheel alignment recently.

Sunday Mashaphu of Bokhuta village, Bolobedu, whose car had already been involved in three separate accidents, accused the technicians of negligence after they allegedly only spent 10 minutes on the vehicle whose wheel "is still not aligned". Mashaphu said he lodged complaints with management but to no avail.

He said he paid R645 for a wheel alignment each time he went to seek assistance.

Hi-Q manager Jeurges van Heerden said he had advised Mashapu to replace his worn-out tyres otherwise "the wheel will never be fully aligned".
