"The man was found outside an abandoned house in Chatsworth at 9pm on Saturday," ER24 spokesperson Derrick Banks said.
"Paramedics were led by police to the lifeless body of the man - believed to be in his late 30s. He was found in a pool of blood and had been stabbed multiple times to the throat, face and head."
