FORMER Mamelodi Sundowns defender Themba Mnguni is tipped to take over the coaching reigns at National First Division club Witbank Spurs.
Mnguni is among the three coaches, who have been short-listed for the job vacated by Kenny Ndlazi. The former Under-23 coach joined the Emalahleni club late last season.
Spurs director Themba Mafu said: "We brought Ndlazi on a two-month contract and he fulfilled his mandate of saving Spurs from relegation. We would have loved to keep him [but] he wants to coach in the (Absa) Premiership next season."
