THREE South Africans - Jacques Kallis, AB de Villiers and Wayne Parnell - were included in the International Cricket Council men's World Twenty20 (T20) team announced yesterday after the World T20 championships that ended on Sunday.
The teams were chosen by a group of experts, based on performances in the tournament. Statistics were used but were not the sole basis for selections.
The selectors chose Pakistan's Younus Khan as captain.
