AFTER his sterling show and captivating repertoire, South Africans must have forgiven and forgotten about R Kelly's delayed trip.

AFTER his sterling show and captivating repertoire, South Africans must have forgiven and forgotten about R Kelly's delayed trip.

On Friday at a press conference in Johannesburg he confessed to being clueless about his local fans' favourite songs.

But when he performed at the Sandton Convention Centre he won the audience over with his spellbinding repertoire.

As soon as he got on stage he had the audience on its feet. Everyone was dancing to classics such as Step in the Name of Love, When a Woman is Fed Up and I Believe I Can Flyamong others.

To say the crowd was ecstatic would be an understatement.

The American singer, who is passionate about his music career and the children he never stops talking about, proved a brilliant performer, a fan lover who is not stuck up about his success, and an African brother of note.

For more of his magic, make a date with him at the Superbowl in Sun City and the Grand West Casino in Cape Town.
