This was the warning made by WSP boss King Ramathe yesterday.
Ramathe has even challenged the WBF to take them to court where he says he will expose them for tax evasion.
"They sent me a tax invoice from a type writer. I told them that that invoice was not valid," Ramathe said.
"Up to now they have not done the right thing. It will be my greatest pleasure if they go the legal route."
WBF president Micky Croucher said on Monday from Australia that his organisation sent more than 10 tax invoices to Ramathe.
Meanwhile Cape Town-based Howard Goldberg, who represents the WBF in Africa, insisted that WSP must pay what was owed to them.
Boxers Takalani Ndlovu and Oscar Chauke have already been paid the balance of their purse monies. They fought for the WBF featherweight title fight on March 2.
But WSP still owes the WBF thousands of rands for sanctioning thebout, referees' fees and money for the belt.
Ramathe said: "I requested them to stop running our name down in the press. Howard begged us to use them on March 2. I have proof of his phone calls. He was so desperate that he promised us two WBF title fights for the price of one.
"But all changed just after the Ndlovu-Chauke fight. He requested that we pay him R30000 the following day. Then later his boss Micky called demanding the full amount. I made him aware of our arrangement with Howard."
