Major deals in Free State

A TWO-DAY sale of a well-established mechanical and motor concern is the first major auction mandated to the newly established Bloemfontein branch of auction giant Park Village Auctions.

A TWO-DAY sale of a well-established mechanical and motor concern is the first major auction mandated to the newly established Bloemfontein branch of auction giant Park Village Auctions.

The sale, arising from the liquidation of the Marlim Group, takes place on Thursday, June 11, starting at 10.30am on site at 18 Keerboom Street, Dagbreek in Welkom.

Park Village Bloemfontein's Nico Maree says the assets coming under the hammer are in exceptionally good condition and provide a real opportunity for bidders in similar industries or in the engineering sector in general.

The sale includes both immovable and movable assets. The former comprises three warehouses, each with an area of 1000sqm, a large reception area, 19 offices and various ancillaries and other facilities.

Also coming under the hammer is a fleet of motor vehicles and office furniture, equipment and effects.

"This is a must view opportunity," says Jose da Silva, partner to Maree in the new auctioneering venture. Viewing for the sale takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 3pm. Initial interest has been strong and bidding is expected to be brisk. For further information call 082-625-4455 or visit www.parkvillageauctions.co.za
