Security guards get two years’ pay after being fired for being women

Two of South Africa's favourite and very influential female media personalities, Siki Mgabadeli and Nikiwe Bikitsha, have landed a new slot on SABC3.

The duo will from June 16 present a business magazine programme called Africa Inc. It will screen at 8pm every Tuesday.

A spokesperson from the SABC said: "It will take a unique view on black economic empowerment. The show will draw a comprehensive picture of the complex issues that drive BEE forward."

Bikitsha and Mgabadeli are expected to travel across South Africa to bring "insightful perspectives" on the country's empowerment experiment and bring into living rooms the glamour and sophistication associated with the world of business.

Both presenters will talk to the country's top decision-makers and business people such as Nku Nyembezi-Heita, Kgosi Leruo Molotlegi, Tokyo Sexwale and Saki Macozoma.
