LONDON - Poland's national team coach Leo Beenhakker has announced a full-strength squad for the central European countries' upcoming trip to South Africa.

The "White Eagles" play against Bafana Bafana on June 6 at Orlando Stadium and Iraq on June 9 at Athlone Stadium in friendly matches.

Beenhakker has put together a squad of 22 players and placed another eight on a stand-by list.

Players to watch include strikers Pawel Brozek and Ireneusz Jelen, who have both been scoring goals recently. Jelen plays for French side AJ Auxerre.

Brozek is a leading striker for title contenders Legia Warsaw in the Polish league, the Ekstraklasa. - Thapelo Moloantoa
