Millions intended to be spent on the health needs of Eastern Cape residents have gone missing from d.
Bramley police are still searching for the next-of-kin of a man who was a victim of a muti killing more than a week ago.
Police spokesperson Inspector Moses Maphakela said yesterday that none of the people who had come forward were able to identify the body.
The body was found by a Bramley resident on May 8 at about 7.30am on Old Pretoria Main Road, lying under a tree.
Police suspect that it was a muti killing because the man's right ear and lips had been cut off.
