HAVANA - Cuba reported its first confirmed case of swine flu late on Monday, identifying the person as a Mexican student who returned to the island after a holiday in his home country.
The Cuban health ministry said yesterday that a group of students from Mexico began arriving on April 25 - four days before authorities halted flights from Mexico - to resume their studies at a clinic in Matanzas province.
